I needed to sell my late father's house during lockdown. I did not live nearby and BAO provided a fantastic service, doing many tasks on my behalf, going way beyond what most estate agents expect to do these days. The probate surveyor had identified a structural issue with the house and Tom Brennan recommended that I had that fixed before marketing, as it would make getting a mortgage difficult. So he arranged for the house to be cleared and for the contractors to access the house and the house was cleaned afterwards. Then he found a buyer quickly, Emma and the other office staff keeping me well informed, and the transaction went through smoothly. Because of the strict lockdowns in North West England and Wales, and the fact that I moved house myself, I only visited the house once during the whole process. I couldn't have wished for a better service.

BAO helped me get my property on the market quickly and we had 5 offers in 24 hours The photograph were amazing and Tom even come out to take more when it was sunny for a good all round photo shoot. Emma kept me well informed and dealt with all the hassle of the solicitor, shared ownership (riverside) association, and even the sales manager from the house I was buying. I can’t thank her enough.
