I used Brennan Ayre O'neill, as they sold my previous house back in 2007. So I was happy to give them the option to sell my current home. I must say they have been very professional and kept me up to date along the way. Their communications were faultless and always replied to emails and phone calls promptly. Chasing things up and even though things were out of their hands, they were helpful and freindly. I went for the option for them to show any prespective buyers around my property. They had a list of buyers who were looking for my style of house. They also gave me valueable advise on getting it in the best condition to help sell the house, which I have to say was very useful and saved me a good amount of money and time. As I was going to go well above what they advised and they knew what buyers were looking for, so I didn't waste money where I didn't need too. So I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking to sell their home.
