I needed to sell my late father's house during lockdown. Then he found a buyer quickly, Emma and the other office staff keeping me well informed, and the transaction went through smoothly. Because of the strict lockdowns in North West England and Wales, and the fact that I moved house myself, I only visited the house once during the whole process.
