We have recently purchased a property through Brennan Ayre O’Neill; Emma, Chloe and Tom were great throughout and extremely patient and reassuring. I would absolutely use these guys again if l were to sell a property.

From meeting Tom at valuation to dropping keys off after sale, the team could not have been more helpful. Things got complicated towards the end and Emma, Chloe and Gill were brilliant keeping us informed all the way through. Professional and friendly during stressful times they supported us through it all. Definitely will recommend to all we know and having dealt with other agents in the whole process, they are head and shoulders above any of them. Thank you.

Viewed house two weeks ago and given excellent service by Chole at first and followed on by Emma. Exchanged contracts within two weeks with the excellent service and management of both ladies. Both kept me updated on almost a daily basis. Anything I asked was followed through within the hour. Thanks again and we highly recommend this office in Bromborough. Will Be using them again for sure.

During the sale of my late fathers I have dealt with most of the sales team at some point, everyone has been helpful, polite and nothing has been too much trouble for them. They have been spot on with the valuation of the property and the pictures that Tom took for the sales brochure were amazing. All of the communication has been first class - I cannot fault the staff in any way. I would recommend Brennan-Ayre-O'Neil to anyone wishing to sell or buy a property.
