This, quite simply, is an absolute treat. Springwater Cottage was built in 1900 and, thanks to our client's superb eye for design and detail, has been transformed into a very comfortable, stylish, and really quite enviable, family home...

Note the privacy the plot affords from our selection of photos, and from your walk through the pedestrian gate to the secret garden and cottage beyond. (Also note the outdoor kitchen island that has been built to contain drinks fridge and storage for those summer, and early spring, bbqs!).  The high fencing and hedgerow to the boundary provide a great deal of seclusion to enjoy the gardens.

There's new flooring that runs through the hallway and into the first of two receptions and then into the kitchen which draws the eye and gives the first glimpse of the refurb that has been undertaken. Over then to the west wing, if you will, to a multi purpose, and generously sized living room (come music room, come home office) with superb feature fireplace,  bay window and a beautiful, sleek, neutral finish. There's also a w.c to the hallway - no need for those bbq guests to be traipsing up the stairs.

On up then to the first floor, and you'll note more of these beautiful chapel style windows to the hall, stairs and landing. There is a great feel of space here - certainly room for a piece of furniture on the landing, and then on into the three proportionate bedrooms; master with a great deal of fitted 'robes, a second double with packs of space for wardrobes, and a third, with a particularly gorgeous, boutique feel, and again, a double.  A family bathroom, again, neutrally, but beautifully finished.

Stand out features for us are most certainly the seclusion of the plot, the meticulous finish, the separate living spaces (great for kids vs adults!), the parking, and, yes, ok, that outdoor kitchen island!
