Once the valuation is complete you are now in a position to instruct us to market the property straight away or whenever you are ready; simply call us and we will organise convenient time with you to professionally photograph the property, prepare details with floor plans and walk you through all the regulatory requirements and agency agreement. Bearing in mind the importance of presentation, we will give you the guidance, if necessary, on how to present each room to ensure we capture your property at its very best.
Once you have seen and approved our particulars of the property, we will begin promoting and marketing the property instantly to generate potential viewings.
