And oh! How lucky are you if you are the teenage members of the family whose parents are considering a home purchase of this nature? Exciting in it's tremendously convivial style; its, as we've said, 'top drawer' finish but also for the few added features you wouldn't normally expect in a house type of this nature; not even in this price range.

First and foremost then; and thinking of those teenagers again; is the manner in which the ground floor lends itself to entertaining. Pass through the remote controlled gate and up along the block paved drive bordered by evergreen either side. This opens to a sensibly sized parking and turning bay. Gardens sweep gently down towards the front boundary whilst the majority of garden stands to the rear of the house.

And there's something here for all members of the family to appreciate. For the younger children a good square piece of lawn and a thicket of shrubs to the rear boundary in which to play; for relaxation there's the soporific fall of the ornamental water feature which encompasses a gently cascading waterfall and pond positioned over to the east side of the garden; a well designed and protected main patio area; a Wendy House and a number of paths to wander through.
